And supes is rarely wearing that suit. The Kryptonite leaves Kal El in extreme pain when he is around, he can't use his super speed or his heat ray… he's powerless. It was used to balance him. Kal El is a god normally but you put him in the presence of Kryptonite and he's nothing. And he wouldn't go 'all out' because it's against his nature. His tree hugging attitude is his true weakness, he prevents himself from being a god time and time again. whereas Batman utilizes all of his resources and can defeat and kill anyone and, like Superman, he choses not to. But he has consistently beaten superman and that's fact. We can pull out all the individual pictures we want to say 'this superman' or 'this batman' but all that truly exists is the non-continuity material which stands secondary and the current continuity material that stands primary. Krypnonite is no longer an obstacle to Superman. Superman is simply the best… Batman is simply an overated and overhyped super crime fighter. The Bat is great and all but cannot match Superman. Profits, toys, comics and movie making is all Batman can beat superman with. And I'll give Batman all that credits. But no Kryptonite ring and nor Kryptonite machine gun would overcome Superman if Superman really wanted to go all out…
