well both are equally powerful, torch can go super nova and ice can literally freeze an entire ocean maybe even cover a large part of the world in ice if he wanted to, so both are amazing. but if the fought it would just be them freezing and burning shit up lol they couldnt best eachother 11/26/2008 09:28
