Superman is very unoriginal. He's the type of superhero dreamt up by a 6 year old. Just basically name it and he can do it. That's about as much thought that appears to have gone into thinking this guy up. However he does have the whole kryptonite weakness that levels the playing field which is why almost any hero on this list with any kind of gumption can and would kick his ass.

I like Spidey, but to be honest, Spidey would be no match. Even aunt May agrees when he told Peter, "You're not Superman, you know."

There was a cross over way back in 1976, Spider-Man VS Superman, and even Spider-Man's fans agreed that their Spider-Man would be no match against Superman.
