Um, screw the movies. All Jean (I mean normal Jean Grey not Phoenix) would have to do is shut down his mind. The End. She manipulated his mind in the Onslaught series (comics) and thats just her telepathic powers I'm talking about. In the comics, she can lift and manipulate several tons of matter at once so she could easily tear the Hulk apart. In the 90s comics her telekinetic shields frequently protected the X-men from missile blasts, and she could use her TK to stop jumbo jets in mid-flight (during the Phalanx Covenant).
