Here’s the problem with this fight. Both the contenders have amazing healing factors. The worst I ever saw wolverine get back up from was being burnt to nearly his bone. It’s never been determined if wolverine is truly invincible. The same goes for the hulk, so instead as looking as this as a fight to the death, think of is as a fight to incapacitate your opponent, because if both these heroes are injured enough they will go unconscious to heal themselves. And this is why hulk wins. A well delivered arrow from Hawkeye put wolverine down for the count. Not even a well delivered nuke can put down and enraged hulk, and as proven in the ultimates serious, if hulk gets mad enough he can apparently rip adimantium, because he ripped wolvie in half.
