okay first offf it would be a tie, i mean it is satans personal bounty hunter vs satans soldier hell spawn, ghost rider can change whenever the hell he wants, when he first started out it was the only at night thing. Lets see, both made a deal with satan, both got demonic powers from the devil himself,and as far as i can tell both cant die. And spawn didnt beat god and satan if you read the comic, they both obliterated spawn, he got help from the like the master of the universe or sumshit. I dont think riders penance stare would affect spawn, seeing as he already went through hell, and plus his suit is almost symbiotic, and ghost riders stare didnt even work on venom. they are equally matched in almost every way possible, from their strength to their healing abilities and demonic powers. 1st off Spawn is a rip off of Ghost Rider and Venom...he's a creation of Todd McFarlane, who used to draw Spiderman. Ghost Rider is immortal and Spawn could still die, and theres no telling what the Penance Stare will do to him. It would be a great fight, but Spawn in the end is still bound by his humanity while Ghost Rider is a force of nature. In the end, Ghost Rider would win. 07/28/2008 22:32
