When I first read the DC vs Marvel comic years ago, I thought I remembered Batman winning due to the water washing away Cap while his batterang hit Cap's face. But yesterday, I went to a Borders and read the comic again. Please look at the page where they come out of the sewers. Doesn't Batman say, "I lost?" Can anyone confirm what I read?

In my honest opinion, not enough comic readers know about Cap's abilities, history and experience. Pick up a book of essential Captain America and you'll see that Cap has faced far tougher foes than Batman has, including surviving battles against the Hulk, Spiderman, Venom, Namor, Iron Man, and came out victorious with many. Really, who hasn't he fought? During WWII, he took on the Nazi army head-on for days without rest, using only his shield as a weapon and his sidekick, Bucky.

This would actually be a good fight. Batman is better with stealth. A good way for Batman to win would be to win quickly by trapping Cap and tie him up or immobilize him with some gadget. Otherwise, Cap's endurance, durability, and quickness would just prove too much for Batman to handle. The word "fatigue" doesn't exist with Cap. 09/14/2008 13:26

batman can stand his ground against darkseid, cap is a great hero but he cheated his way to human perfection batman has trained and trained long and hard to reach where he is now, plus captain america isn't the ultimate fighter batman has traversed the world learning and perfecting all forms of hand to hand combat plus batman is scary and cap would be peeing his pants before the fight even started so i would say batman. 08/22/2008 11:49

	Capt America is a practically physically perfect Human 6'2 and 240 lbs( except for bulletproof ) His abilities are far better than the Batman who has to depend on his collection of cool toys on his belt. Due to the serum, the Capt is much stronger ( benches 1000lbs ) with faster than olympic athlete reflexes who does not get tired like Batman would in a prolonged fight.
