This is my favorite song. Specially now that I have a son. I know that my son is not Jesus, but I believe he, as does everyone, has the potential to be someone great in this world. 01/05/2008 17:27

This is one of my favorite Christmas songs and I have to tell you, I had chills the whole time listening. These kids are amazing and they perform with passion for the Lord. Just stunning! Thanks for sharing this amazing performance! 12/10/2007 08:56

This video brought me too tears. I was thinking about my nephew who is stationed in Iraq and just became a daddy and will be home for Christmas!!!! 11/26/2007 06:04
What a powerful yet so beautiful voice! She is very Talented and I am sure you are very proud! Church is where I first started singing, and Christian music will always be my favorite:). I bet she an acapella Amazing Grace and bring goosebumps and tears! Am I right? <wink> . Sit back and let your heart swell with Pride Angel, because you have alot to be proud of :) 11/16/2007 11:26
Yay!! You got it here and let me tell you, every time I watch this I get a huge lump in my throat, tears in my eyes, and big ol' goose bumps!! What a powerful, gorgeous voice Jana has...I love this song so much and hadn't heard it in so long! Thank you for sharing this beautiful performance with us!! John did a fantastic job on guitar, too!! Awesome!! Big hugs to you! Lisa :) 11/13/2007 06:31
Oh my goodness, now I have tears and my heart is filled with pride just reading what you have written..Thank you so much for all your sweet words and help in my getting this on here.
I wish Jana had time to come on and enter some songs herself, but her time is so limited..Full time student, working part time, all her practice and things she does at Church several evening a week..She is a singer/songwriter as you know, so that takes a lot of time too..I will let her know I put this on here.
Lisa you are a Special Angel in my heart!!
God Bless you sweetie <>< 11/13/2007 07:07
My nephew, Miles Daniel, 24, is currently in Iraq serving his 2nd tour (army) and yesterday morning he became a daddy for the first time to a beautiful baby girl, Lea Michelle!!! He will be home for good on Christmas!!! God bless his brave and courageous soul!! :) 11/04/2007 04:41
Awwww...congrats to your nephew and that is so great that he will be home to meet his little girl and spend her first Christmas with her!! God bless him and his family and you too!! :) 11/04/2007 15:26
Five of our young men went to Iraq, one of them was my son Andy....No one died and one was lightly wounded..Our town's population is 400 souls..I thank our Lords for bringing them all back...We are like family here so if just one had died it would have hurt all of us...Thank you Lisa for this wonderful tribute to our boys...al 10/31/2007 18:01
That's awesome that your son made it home...You must be so proud of him!! I salute him for his courage and his selfless service during such a dangerous period in our Nation's history. God bless you and your family...Lisa 10/31/2007 18:11
I hope one day there will be no need for war, no need to send our boys away to face uncertainty. Our brave men and women deserve the highest of honors. This is sad but wonderful dedication to our real life heroes stationed abroad. 10/31/2007 08:09
I wholeheartedly concur with those sentiments, Dave! What a wonderful world it would be. I had it easy when I served...Today's military men and women face so much more danger and uncertainty and yet we still have an all-volunteer force...God bless them all!! 10/31/2007 08:26
Thanks, Natalie! I had never heard this one before and stumbled upon it when I was listening to some of Lonestar's music (I love them!!). God bless you too! Hugs...Lisa :) 10/31/2007 08:24

Thanks for the great compliment, my friend! Please feel free to add some of your family's favorite Christmas songs/movies/memories!! Hugs to you both!! Lisa :) 10/25/2007 04:32
No wait..... this one works fine.
Beautiful song....Vanessa Paradis must be somewhere in the Top Ten of the "Most hated Women in the World" 10/20/2007 00:56
Ok I'm not purposefully ignoring all the music videos that you've posted but my connection must be poor today as they are all uploading really slow and are jud.d.d.ery 10/20/2007 00:52
Oh, I never expect people to comment on the videos I post...I just enjoy finding them on YouTube and posting them in the various contests this site has going (including any I might create!)...Please, don't even bother...too many to go through!! 10/20/2007 01:10
I agree. He has a marvelous voice and this song puts things into perspective - the real intended reason for Christmas. Has nothing to do with Santa or Frosty the Wendy's chocolaty treat :-) 10/18/2007 16:28
I actually had tickets to see him in concert but ended up having to cancel...hated giving those tickets away!! And yes, this song is all about the "reason for the season"...LOL @ "Frosty the Wendy's chocolaty treat"...That made me crave something cold and sweet!! Now I must go down to the freezer and get a bowl of Sara Lee's Strawberry Cheesecake icecream...BRB... 10/18/2007 20:49
I love this oldie but good vid. It sends me back to the days of my childhood - and thats a marvelous treasure. Thank you. Maybe you could email BIX on the matter - perhaps they can get hold of the song or confirm if you could upload something else. eh? 10/18/2007 16:24
My pleasure, Dave...Your suggestion that I sing this song was actually what inspired me to start this "contest"! It's fun searching for my favorite songs and finding so many interesting and very diverse videos people have uploaded on YouTube for each song! I'm sure Bix doesn't want me pestering them...as I'm sure they get enough people hounding them for new songs...I'm sure Tony has a handle on things and is getting things done as quickly as possible while ensuring everything is legit! It would be a shame if Bix got shut down, eh? :) 10/18/2007 20:46
