Tom… I feel terrible that i haven't been here before this. I've been so busy and when i get back to Bix sometimes the comments are overwhelming, and really important things get tucked in the mix....

The fear of being in trouble because they were not suppose to tell!! But something in them knows they have to do something, because it is wrong and they are uncomfortable with themselves. I was going to dedicate this to one person, but the message is too powerful and instead it is dedicated to all the kids who have suffered from the hands of a loved one! God Bless those who can help and understand what it does to them! I still see the eyes of one little girl and what I saw in those eyes should never have been there. Maxine, Thanks for putting this one up, sexual abuse unfortunately has been on the rise in our present society. I, for one know personally what damage is done to a child because of perverts in our society. Amen Max! No child should ever suffer from physical, verbal, or emotional abuse! I'm angry right now, because one of my children's friends are going through a rough time right now and she went to talk to the counselor at her school and the counselor said for her to have her mom to come speak to them. I soooooo hope that that's not ALL that counselor is going to do. This is the second time I've heard the counselors brush off a child yelling for help! The other time, I ended up calling CPS.
