I think her face and hair look pretty good all things considered. But I wince when I see her because she's kind of Scientology train wreck and she has a horrible eating disorder. You never know how big she'll be in the next pic published. Gastric bypass doesn't help people who eat too much. I'm sorry she didn't just go with the 'Fat Actress' bit and run with it.
